KHPRA's mission is to offer patently creative consulting and training services that assist organizations, businesses, and government in growing in two key areas:

• Increasing the level of personal integrity in the workplace; and
• Creating a better balance between the needs we have as human beings for compassion, justice, and connectedness and the principle objectives of non-profits, businesses, and government.
