Building Effective Groups:
Team Building and Learning Community Development

Audience: General, Any Industry

This seminar combines fun, engaging team building processes with the concept of learning community development in a profound experience. Designed for groups of people who work together, the seminar helps participants look at the politics within their working relationships and how to maximize those dynamics to create powerful working relationships that both enrich people's lives and achieve organizational goals.

Participants will explore how to create a working environment in which people solve problems rather than shift or apply blame, share information and knowledge rather than horde or hide information and knowledge, and nurture and support others rather than apply pressure, stress, and anxiety to them.

By participating in interactive activities and simulations, participants have the opportunity to build a set of agreements and standards for working together to maximize their collective and individual potential. Participants create more conscious and more engaged working relationships based upon mutual trust, respect, and collective vision.

This seminar is great for project or product groups, boards of directors, management teams, or any other group of people that work together in an intense way.
